What can I do if Misa won’t turn on?

First, ensure that Misa is properly charged. If it still won’t turn on, try holding down the power button for 10 seconds. If that fails, perform an emergency reset by following the steps outlined below.

Kindly try the below steps to reset your Misa robot. Please charge the device for few hours before trying these steps to ensure that the device has sufficient charge.

 

1. Long press Misa home button and switch off the device.

2. Then, long press on Misa home button and reset hole with a pin together for 10 seconds (you can find the reset hole near to USB port). Please check the attached screenshot for reference


3. System recovery menu will open automatically.

4. Click on reset button to scroll to Wipe data/ factory reset.

5. Press on Home button to confirm.

6. Click one time on reset button with a pin to select Yes.

7. confirm "Yes" to wipe all the data by pressing home button.

8. Press on home button by selecting "Reboot system now".

9. Register Misa robot by connecting to Wi-Fi and continue the registration process.
