MISA ASSISTANT SUBSCRIPTION ISSUE/ SUBSCRIPTION EXPIRED

Kindly note that we have auto-renewed your Misa Assistant account. Please follow the below steps,

 

Step 1: Open Settings-> Enter Admin Pin ->Exit Misa Mode ->Settings(Android Mode) ->Apps & notifications -> select Misa Assistant -> Storage -> Clear Storage & Clear Cache -> Go back to Android Home screen -> Click Misa icon and go to Misa home screen

 

Step2: Open MISA Voice assistant application. Please wait till Misa is getting ready (please don't touch the screen while this is happening).

Step3: Allow access to Misa Assistant for Microphone, Manage phone calls, location, camera, photos.

Step4:  Accept terms and conditions by signing the user consent (Privacy policy).

Step5:  Start using Misa assistant by saying the wake-word "Hey Misa"

 

Once this is done renewal will be active on your device.
